Soap Making with Honey Nook C.I.C.
Thu 21 May
Derby Market Hall
About the Event
Discover the traditional art of cold-process soap making with Lexy & Bridget, the founders of Honey Nook Enterprises C.I.C.
In this hands-on workshop, we’re stepping away from the supermarket shelves and back to nature. Using skin-loving oils, and botanicals inspired by our own farm, you’ll learn how to craft beautiful, palm-oil-free soaps from scratch.
Whether you’re a total beginner or a craft enthusiast, you’ll spend the session learning the "science and soul" of soap making. You'll leave not only with your own custom-scented creations but also with the knowledge of how to create sustainable, eco-friendly products at home.
As a Social Enterprise, every ticket booked helps support our animal sanctuary and community nature trail. Come along for an evening of creativity, gorgeous scents, and good company!
What’s included:
• All ingredients and equipment.
• A guide to botanicals and essential oils.
• Your own handmade soap bars to take home.
Tickets are £25 each and are limited to 12 spaces.
Book your spot today and help us grow our mission, one bar at a time.
Taking place on the main floor on the wooden benches.
*Disclaimer: The soap requires 48 hours to process and 3 weeks to cure before use - we'll explain at the workshop*
