Gourmegg is an established award-winning food manufacturing business, specialising in the creation of premium gourmet scotch eggs. For over 8 years, we've been dedicated to producing the finest scotch eggs using the best ingredients sourced locally and internationally.

Our commitment to quality begins with the meat: we craft our own sausage meat from Packington Free Range Pork, ensuring the highest standard of taste and texture. All our pork is processed in our approved facility, where we also handcraft every scotch egg to perfection. Each egg is carefully soft-boiled and peeled by hand to guarantee a delicate, consistent product that delights with every bite.

Classic Scotch Egg: Our signature creation, offering a perfect balance of high-quality pork and a soft-boiled egg. This is a firm favourite that allows the natural flavours of the meat to truly shine.

Black Pudding Scotch Egg: Made with Fruitpig Black Pudding, the UK's only producer of black pudding using fresh blood (no imported dried blood here). Fruitpig’s black pudding is crafted exclusively from British pigs, making it a standout ingredient. This scotch egg is a must-try for black pudding lovers, and we discovered this gem while dining at Tom Kerridge’s Michelin-starred restaurant, The Hand & Flowers.

Caramelised Red Onion Scotch Egg: The sweet richness of caramelised red onions perfectly complements the savoury pork, adding depth and a touch of sweetness that’s a crowd favourite.

Nduja Scotch Egg: For a bold, flavour-packed experience, our Nduja Scotch Egg features Calabrian Nduja, a soft, spicy, and smoky Italian sausage. This vibrant ingredient brings a sweet, spicy kick to the traditional scotch egg, and we’re proud to import it directly from the Calabrian region of Italy.
