Arepas – Grilled maize hot pockets stuffed with your choice of delicious fillings like pulled beef, chicken salad, avocado, plantain, black beans, and artisanal cheese.

Empanadas – (Breakfast Only) Crispy deep-fried maize turnovers with savory fillings like Pabellón (pulled beef, black beans, plantain & cheese), seafood, ham & cheese, and more.

Sancocho – A rich, rustic Caribbean soup/stew featuring oxtail, chicken, beef short ribs, or fish for the ultimate comfort meal.

Sides & Snacks – From cassava fries to cheesy tequeños and sweet mandoca, every bite is packed with authentic Venezuelan flavour.
