About the Event
We’re excited to share a brand-new Barre event at the beautifully refurbished Derby Market Hall.
Join Erin — Barre instructor, musician, and all-round wellbeing motivator — for an endorphin-boosting 1-hour Barre session in the mezzanine, followed by a relaxed brunch at Spirit Run Distillery directly below.
Erin’s classes blend Pilates, ballet techniques, and yoga to strengthen, shape, transform, and restore. Expect great music, expert technique, and a welcoming and supportive space to connect mind, body, and soul. Erin has been teaching classes at our Ashbourne studio for over a year — now it’s Derby’s turn to join the barre!
After class, you’ll head downstairs for a three-course SHIO brunch, with a drink of your choice — cocktail, mocktail, or wine — included in the £55 ticket price.
Your SHIO brunch menu:
- Edamame beans with wasabi salt
- Mushroom & black garlic croquette or crab croquette with yuzu
- Korean fried chicken or cauliflower with SHIO sauce & rice
